Delivery and Returns

We aim to have the majority of our napkins ready folded, enabling them to be delivered in 2-3 days.  However occasionally they will still need to be folded, particularly for larger orders. 

Please tell us in the message box on the checkout page when ordering, if you have a date your napkins are needed by.

Alternatively email us at rubypearldesigns@outlook.com with the napkins you require and we can advise on current leadtime.

Delivery is free to UK mainland on all orders over £35.  Orders below £35 incur a small carriage charge of £3.50.

You may return any item for a full refund within 30 days of delivery providing goods are unused and packaging unopened. Postage for return to be paid by customer.
